Servicii de calitate oferite de profesioniști. Sunt foarte mulțumim de cum am fost tratat. Deasemenea vreau sa multumesc doamnei Anca, translatorul care a fost alături de mine, înainte, in timpul și după terminarea intervenției. Eu având o fobie de ace și spital, doamna Anca a fost alături de mine și m-a ajutat sa trec peste aceste frici, chiar și in timpul proceduri de anesteziere. Sfaturile pe care mi le-a oferit, înainte și după terminarea interventie, au fost de un real folos. Doamnele tehnician de asemenea sunt foarte amabile, lucrează foarte bine de nici nu simți intervenția. Multumesc echipei Clinicana!!!!

Buna ziua

Buna, experienta la Clinicana a fost una placuta, deoarece tot personalul s-a comportat foarte frumos si mi s-a acordat atentie inca din primul moment, de cand am ajuns in Turcia, atunci cand am fost preluat de masina spitalului de la aeroport si tot odata de personalul clinicii, inca de la intrarea in clinica am fost intampinat de traducator român, care mi-a pus la dispozitie toate informatiile necesare despre interventie, pe tot porcursul interventiei traducatorul m-a insotit si mi-a prezentatsi pus la dispozitie toate informatiile necesare intr-o maniera cat mai placuta. Interventia chirugicala, este una usoara si putin dureroasa. Multumesc intregii echipe clinicana pentru atentia si ajutorul acordat.

Buna ziua! Doresc sa va impartasesc si eu experienta pe care am avut-o la Clinicana. Am aflat despre Clinicana din recenziile google - recenzii ce le am studiat 5 luni de zile. Consider ca am facut cea mai buna alegere incepand de la comunicarea din Bucuresti - transfer de la aeroport la clinica - transfer de la clina la hotelul Naz City - minunata comunicare cu translatorul Anca, interventia in sine au decurs foarte bine. In primul rand as vrea sa multumesc intregii echipe pentru profesionalism si dedicare, in special Ancai Paslaru - translatorul meu roman care a fost mai mult decat atat. Ea a avut grija in permanenta de mine de la intrarea in clinica pana la prezenta in sala de interventie. Fara suportul dansei ar fi fost cu muuuult mai greu. Multumesc inca o data! Am avut implantate 3200 de grefe. Interventia a durat 5 ore - a fost dureroasa anestezia dar merita sacrificiul. Sunt la doar doua zile dupa interventie si abia astept sa va impartasesc experienta mea in cateva luni. Toate cele bune!

Great medical team

Great medical team, everything was explained in detail prior to the procedure starting. The aftercare procedure was also thoroughly explained, with details sent via message to rewatch videos in case you forget it. This is excellent as you have something physical to refer back to. The contact between the team and me before departing UK was really great; all the details were sent in writing and if you have any questions they are happy to answer them. Special shoutout to Chinara who was always eager to help. The driver wasn’t very helpful in the beginning, however once the main medical team took over, I had no problems with miscommunication.

Excellent Experience and Very Happy with My Results After 6 Months

It has now been six months since my hair transplant at Clinicana in Turkey, and I am extremely happy with the results so far. From the very beginning, the whole experience was professional, well organized, and reassuring. The medical team was very attentive, friendly, and clearly experienced. They explained every step of the procedure carefully and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. A special thank you to **Serin, my focal point**, who was extremely supportive, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire journey. She was always available to answer my questions, guide me through the different stages, and make sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism, kindness, and follow-up made a real difference to my overall experience. Six months later, I can already see a very significant improvement in the density and overall appearance of my hair, and the result looks very natural. Considering that the final result is still developing, I am genuinely excited to see how it will look over the coming months. I also really appreciated the follow-up and support after the procedure. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

I still have not fully recovered so might change my response so far but the staff were very friendly and acoommodating. Christine was with me every step of the way and talked to the clinic staff and took care of everything relating to my care. Really had a great experience with my care team and the results look good for now but still not out of the woods yet

SUPERB HAIR TRANSPLANT CLINIC

I’m halfway through the process but I couldn’t be more happy for my result already. I had a big area to be covered both at the front and at the back (4500 grafts transplanted) but Clinicana team did a great job, everybody very professional and helpful. They are located at Acibadem hospital in Istanbul, very easy to be reached. Do I recommend them? 100%.

I had my hair transplant with Clinicana at Acıbadem Taksim Hospital, and overall, it was a very positive experience. I had 5,250 grafts transplanted, and from the beginning, everything was well organized and professional. Oday, my medical assistant, was very friendly, helpful, and always available to answer my questions and guide me throughout the process. The doctor who drew my hairline took the time to explain everything and made sure the design suited my face and expectations. The whole medical team was amazing, professional, and very attentive throughout the procedure. I was also very impressed with Acıbadem Hospital. The hospital was extremely clean, modern, and well organized, which made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the treatment. Overall, Clinicana exceeded my expectations. From the communication and organization to the medical team and hospital environment, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant in Istanbul.
