Evaluation before hair transplantation:

Receding hairline and patchy areas in the front, middle, and crown regions are evident due to genetic male pattern baldness. The hair type is thin. Although the volume of hair in the donor area is very good, it is still insufficient to achieve complete coverage at the top of the scalp. (Norwood Scale: Stage 5)

Andrew presented with full baldness due to genetic hair loss. While the donor area is very good, it is limited in comparison to the extensive baldness. Achieving full coverage in one session is not feasible; therefore, a second hair transplantation in the crown area was necessary to enhance the volume following a successful first hair transplant at our clinic.
