Hair Transplant Turkey Cost: Prices, Packages & What You'll Actually Pay
Clinicana hair transplant packages currently range from €2,500 to €5,500, depending on the package selected, technique, and treatment requirements. The Basic package is operation-only at €2,500; all-inclusive packages, with hotel and transfers included, start from €2,850.
Medically reviewed by Prof. Dr. Soner Tatlıdede, Hair Transplant Surgeon, 22+ years, ~18,000 cures
Just the FUE/DHI procedure at Acıbadem Taksim Hospital — no hotel or transfers.
Our Standard all-inclusive package is what most first-time international patients choose.
Patients who'd already had a transplant elsewhere before coming to Clinicana.
These are published FUE prices from elsewhere in Turkey, shown for context. They are not a Clinicana quote.
The advertised price alone does not tell you what you will pay. Check the graft allowance, technique, who performs the procedure, and package inclusions. Your final price depends on your graft requirement and treatment plan, which our medical team will confirm after reviewing your case.

How Much Does a Hair Transplant Cost in Turkey?
Turkey is an established market for hair restoration and medical tourism. The large number of competing clinics and international patients influences how clinics operate and how treatment packages are priced across the country. That market environment sets the range; it doesn’t set Clinicana’s specific price, which comes from our own package structure and your individual treatment plan.
€2,500 for our Basic, operation-only package; €2,850 for our all-inclusive Standard package; €3,000 to €5,500 across our Premium, Exosome, and Stem Cell VIP packages, as set out in the table above. These are Clinicana’s current package prices; wider-market figures are shown separately for context.
Back to the price list ↑- What does a typical Clinicana patient choose?
Our €2,850 Standard all-inclusive package is the option most often chosen by first-time international patients. This is a general pattern, not a rule. Your graft requirement determines your treatment plan and personal price. Repair cases are a meaningful part of our caseload too: around 14% of our 2025 patients were repair cases from other clinics. Most needed more careful donor planning because grafts had been placed without a proper strategy the first time.
- Elsewhere in the Turkish market
Outside Clinicana specifically, published FUE pricing at other clinics typically falls somewhere between €1,500 and €3,500, driven mainly by graft count and what’s bundled into the package. If a quote looks unusually low, check what’s excluded before assuming it’s a better deal.
- Per graft or per package?
Some Turkish clinics price per graft, which can look cheaper on paper but adds hotel, transfers, and aftercare separately. We price by a fixed-price package instead, so your total cost is known before you travel, not assembled from add-ons once you’re in the clinic chair.
- Advertised price vs your price
The table above sets out our current package prices. Clinicana doesn’t charge by the graft. Our packages include your maximum grafts at a fixed price, so your graft requirement helps determine which package and treatment plan fit your case, rather than adding to a running total. Other clinics may price per graft instead, which is why two quotes for a similar procedure can look very different. Final cost can still shift with technique, and in the most extensive cases, whether one session or two is needed. Two patients can also end up with different quotes simply because their donor supply and treatment goals differ.
What Determines the Cost of a Hair Transplant in Turkey?
Graft count matters, but it isn’t the only factor. Your hair-loss pattern, donor supply, treatment area, and chosen technique all feed into the treatment plan and final package. The medical assessment brings those factors together and determines the approach that’s appropriate for your case.
Amount of restoration needed
Directly drives treatment scope
Hairline, frontal, mid-scalp, crown etc.
More areas usually means more grafts
Extent of existing loss
More advanced loss usually needs more grafts
Available grafts
Sets the ceiling on how many grafts are possible
FUE, DHI, unshaven etc.
Changes procedure time and cost
Curly, Afro-textured, fine/coarse etc.
Curly or Afro-textured hair takes longer to extract
Distribution and type of loss
Changes which technique fits best
Existing grafts/scarring
Reduces available donor supply
Density, coverage, hairline objectives
Sets how many grafts are planned
Hotel, transfers, medication, aftercare
Sets your total price directly
These factors don't operate independently — a medical assessment brings them together into the treatment plan that determines your package and final price.
-
How does the number of grafts affect the cost?
Graft count is an important part of treatment planning, but Clinicana does not charge by the graft. Each package covers your graft requirement up to a set maximum, so the number of grafts within that package does not change the price.
Some clinics elsewhere in Turkey do charge by the graft. At those clinics, the total price rises directly with the number of grafts used, so this is worth checking carefully when comparing quotes.
A graft is a unit containing one to four individual hair follicles. The number of grafts helps determine the treatment area and procedure scope, while donor supply and treatment goals affect how those grafts are planned.
In the most extensive cases, full hairline-to-crown coverage may require two procedures. These are usually scheduled around 12 months apart, with the front section treated first and the crown treated later. This is discussed during your assessment. If two procedures are needed, the total cost may be higher because of the additional procedure, rather than simply because more grafts are required.
-
Do grafts and hairs mean the same thing when comparing prices?
Not necessarily, and this matters when comparing quotes across clinics. A graft can contain a single hair or up to four, so “3,000 grafts” from one clinic doesn’t automatically deliver the same hair density as “3,000 grafts” from another. Ask each clinic for their typical hairs-per-graft ratio, not just the graft number, before comparing price.
How graft requirement typically maps to treatment scope
Your graft requirement helps determine the treatment plan and package, alongside technique and included services.
How Much Does a 2,000-, 3,000- or 4,000-Graft Hair Transplant Cost in Turkey?
The answer is a range rather than a fixed price because graft requirement is only one part of the treatment plan. Your treatment area, donor supply and chosen technique also affect the approach and package that may be suitable for you.
Clinicana uses package-based pricing rather than a fixed price per graft, so the ranges above are best viewed as guides to treatment scope rather than a price for each individual graft. Your final graft requirement and package are confirmed after assessment.
Use the calculator below for an initial estimate of your graft requirement, likely package range and total trip cost. The final treatment plan and price are confirmed through a personalised assessment.
Get a Personal Cost Assessment- 1,000–2,000 graftsThis usually represents a smaller restoration area and can fit within a lower package tier.
- 2,000–3,000 graftsCommonly associated with hairline and frontal restoration, sometimes extending into the mid-scalp. Around 3,000 grafts commonly fits within the Standard package, subject to the final treatment plan.
- 3,000–4,000 graftsUsually reflects a larger restoration area — frontal region plus mid-scalp coverage. Cases in this range generally require a higher-tier package, with the final choice determined by donor supply, technique and treatment scope.
- 4,000+ graftsTypically the most extensive cases, often covering the hairline through to the crown. When this level of coverage cannot be completed safely in one procedure, treatment may be split into two procedures around 12 months apart — usually the front section first, followed by the crown. This possibility is explained during the initial assessment. In these cases, the additional procedure is what affects the total cost, not the number of grafts.
Select the stage that most closely matches your hair loss to see a typical graft range, the package it usually fits, and an indicative total trip cost. This is an initial estimate for guidance — your final graft number and price are confirmed through a personalised medical assessment.
-
How do you calculate cost per graft?
If you’re comparing quotes from different clinics, the simple formula is price ÷ grafts = indicative cost per graft. It’s a useful sense-check for the wider market — the average cost per graft in Turkey varies enough between clinics that this formula only works when comparing like-for-like: the same graft definition, technique, medical involvement, and package inclusions. Clinicana uses fixed package pricing based on your treatment plan rather than a per-graft formula.
-
Does treatment area, hair loss stage, or donor supply affect the price?
Yes, and they interact. A single hairline redesign may fit within a lower package than restoring the hairline, mid-scalp, and crown together. Larger treatment areas may require a different package. The most extensive cases may also require a second procedure. Clinicana does not increase the price simply because more grafts are used within the package. At clinics that charge by the graft, a larger treatment area directly increases the price in a way it doesn’t for a fixed Clinicana package.
-
Does procedure complexity or medical-team involvement affect cost?
Yes. Cases needing precise work around existing native hair, multiple treatment zones, or technically demanding extraction — tightly curled or previously scarred donor areas, for example — take longer and can cost more. So does who performs the procedure: hospital-based facilities with full clinical oversight, like ours, cost more to run than a small private studio. When comparing prices, ask directly who performs each stage of your transplant procedure.
Does the Hair Transplant Method Affect the Cost in Turkey?
Technique is priced differently mainly because it changes surgical time and specialist involvement — this is a large part of why FUE Turkey cost and DHI cost aren’t the same figure, even for a comparable graft number.
FUE hair transplantation in Turkey is the most widely used technique, standard at Clinicana, and typically costs less than DHI for a comparable graft number, because it’s a well-established, efficient technique. It’s usually the technique most treatment plans are built around, with DHI or specialised options considered where they genuinely suit the case.
DHI hair transplantation in Turkey (Direct Hair Implantation) uses a Choi implanter pen and typically involves additional clinical time, equipment, and a different session structure, which contributes to a higher package price. Our Mega DHI package, for example, is structured around a double session across two treatment days. DHI hair transplant cost is generally higher than a comparable standard FUE procedure for this reason, not because the graft count differs.
Sapphire hair transplantation in Turkey is a variation of FUE that uses sapphire blades for channel-opening, selected by your surgeon based on graft size and density need. It follows the same broad pricing logic as standard FUE — the blade type itself isn’t sold as a separate cost tier.
Unshaven FUE in Turkey requires more careful work around existing hair and can therefore take longer, often chosen by female patients who want to keep their hair length, so this may be reflected in the package price.
Exosome and Stem Cell packages add a regenerative therapy on top of the core transplant, delivered by a specialist under local anaesthesia (Exosome) or general anaesthesia (Stem Cell VIP). A FUE hair transplant combined with Exosome therapy, for example, sits above standard pricing because of the additional clinical time and specialist involvement, not because the underlying procedure changes — the same logic applies to Stem Cell VIP, which can be built on either FUE or DHI as the base technique.
Can Patient Characteristics Affect Hair Transplant Cost?
-
Does cost differ for men and women?
Gender doesn’t set your price directly — the hair-loss pattern usually associated with it does. Male hair loss is typically pattern-based (Norwood scale stage, frontal and crown loss). Female hair loss is more often diffuse thinning, which frequently needs unshaven or precision techniques that take longer. A female hair transplant in Turkey is priced the same way as any other case: by treatment plan, not by gender. See our guide to female hair transplantation in Turkey.
-
Can Afro-textured or curly hair affect cost?
Afro-textured or tightly curled hair can affect the technical complexity of graft extraction and placement, because the follicles often curve beneath the skin, making extraction slower and more demanding than straighter hair types. This can increase extraction complexity and procedure time, affecting treatment planning and cost in some cases. Any difference in cost relates to the technical demands of extraction, rather than ethnicity. Read more on Afro hair transplantation.
-
Hair density and texture play a role
Yes, indirectly. Hair calibre and existing density affect how grafts are distributed and how much coverage they can provide, so your surgeon takes these factors into account when planning the procedure.
-
Age isn't a pricing factor on its own
Age affects price only indirectly, through how much hair loss has progressed and how much donor supply remains.
-
Does repairing a previous or failed hair transplant cost more?
Often, yes. A previous transplant can make treatment more complex. Scar tissue, limited donor supply, or the need to correct an earlier result can increase the graft requirements and treatment planning involved, along with the final cost. Repair cases are a meaningful share of our procedures: around 14% of our 2025 patients were repair cases from other clinics. Most needed more careful donor planning because grafts had been placed without a proper strategy the first time.
Does Location in Turkey Affect Hair Transplant Cost?
Clinic, graft requirement, technique, and package structure influence your final price far more than which Turkish city you’re treated in. Clinicana provides hair transplant treatment in Istanbul, one of Turkey’s main international medical-tourism hubs, because it offers a more developed international patient infrastructure: a deeper concentration of accredited hospitals, flight connections, and medical-tourism-ready hotels.
- What about other Turkish cities, and what does location really change?
What about other Turkish cities? Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, and Izmir are all significant cities with their own healthcare and medical-tourism infrastructure to varying degrees, and each is a genuine option for treatment somewhere in the Turkish market. We wouldn’t make specific claims about how each city’s pricing compares to another, because we can’t verify that data for clinics outside our own. The differences that do exist between cities are more about the surrounding environment than the treatment itself.
City mainly influences your overall travel experience and expenditure, not the treatment price directly: how easy the city is to fly into, the range and cost of accommodation available, the level of local competition between clinics, and how established the medical-tourism infrastructure is for international patients. A well-connected city with direct flights and tourism-ready hotels can make the surrounding trip more convenient, but it doesn’t by itself tell you what your procedure will cost.
Your actual treatment price is driven far more strongly by your medical assessment, treatment requirements, graft requirement, technique, the clinic performing the procedure, and the level of medical involvement. Location can affect the overall cost of travelling for treatment. Your procedure price covers the treatment itself. Your total trip cost may also include flights, extra accommodation, meals, and personal spending.

What Might a Hair Transplant Cost for Someone Like Me?
The cost of a hair transplant can’t be worked out from the search term “hair transplant Turkey cost” alone. Graft requirements, treatment area, technique, hair characteristics, and previous treatment history can all change the treatment plan, and therefore the price. Here’s how that tends to play out for a few common patient profiles. These are illustrative starting points, not quotes. Your own price is only confirmed after assessment.
- Patient profile
- Male, earlier-stage pattern hair loss.
- Treatment requirements
- Hairline and frontal region.
- Likely considerations
- Graft requirement, donor supply, and hairline design.
- Potential Clinicana package
- Standard, where the treatment scope fits the package allowance.
Why the final quote can differ: Donor supply, hairline shape, and density goals vary enough between patients to shift the exact package.
- Patient profile
- Male, more advanced pattern hair loss.
- Treatment requirements
- Hairline, mid-scalp, and crown together.
- Likely considerations
- Larger graft requirement, donor capacity limits, and whether one or two sessions are appropriate.
- Potential Clinicana package
- A higher-tier package, with the final choice based on treatment scope, donor supply and technique.
Why the final quote can differ: Donor supply is the limiting factor here more than desired coverage, so the achievable graft number and matching package are set individually.
- Patient profile
- Female, typically diffuse thinning rather than a receding hairline.
- Treatment requirements
- Varies significantly by individual — often requires unshaven or precision techniques to work carefully around existing native hair.
- Likely considerations
- Extent of thinning, native hair density, and technique.
- Potential Clinicana package
- Requires an individual assessment — graft requirement and treatment area vary too much between individuals to give a generic price.
Why the final quote can differ: Female hair loss patterns differ enough from typical male pattern loss that a general graft-range estimate wouldn't be reliable.
- Patient profile
- A patient who has had a transplant elsewhere, or a patient with Afro-textured or tightly curled hair.
- Treatment requirements
- Repair or revision planning around existing grafts and scarring; or extraction planning around curved follicles.
- Likely considerations
- Remaining donor supply, existing density and scarring, or extraction time for curled follicles.
- Potential Clinicana package
- Requires an individual assessment — no generic price based solely on patient profile.
Why the final quote can differ: Donor supply already used by a previous procedure, or extra time needed for more technically demanding extraction, both affect planning in ways a general graft range can't capture.

What Is Not Included in the Hair Transplant Turkey Price?
- Flights — booked and paid for separately.
- Additional hotel nights beyond your package — our team can arrange these at your own cost if you’d like to extend your stay.
- Evening meals — breakfast is included at your hotel, but evening meals are not; for a 2-night stay, budget for 2 evening meals.
- Companion costs — a travelling companion’s flights and any additional accommodation aren’t included; ask our team about options.
- Optional treatments — a beard or moustache transplant, or eyebrow treatment, is priced separately according to the treatment required.
- Banking and currency fees — our price is what you pay us; any conversion or card fee is set by your own bank, not by Clinicana.
The headline price only represents what's in the package. Whatever isn't included here adds to your total expenditure separately.
What Additional Costs Should You Budget For?
Varies by departure city, season, and booking window.
If extending your stay beyond your package.
PRP therapy for hair loss in Turkey uses your own blood plasma to support scalp health, and may be available as an additional treatment alongside your transplant; it's quoted separately and discussed during your consultation.
Some patients continue topical or oral treatment for their native hair after surgery; this is optional and separate from your package.
We quote in EUR and also accept GBP, USD, and TRY; your own bank may apply a conversion fee on international payments.
What Is the Total Cost of Having a Hair Transplant in Turkey?
This is the number that actually matters: not the headline package price on its own, but everything you'll realistically spend.
- 1Treatment / package€2,500 (operation-only) or €2,850+ (all-inclusive), per the table above
- 2FlightsDepends on your departure city and travel dates
- 3Extra accommodationOnly if staying beyond your included nights
- 4Optional treatmentsOnly if you choose to add one
- 5Currency / payment costsDepends on your payment method and bank
- 6Personal / companion expensesVariable, depending on whether you travel alone or with someone
Flights and personal spending vary too much by departure city and season to state as one figure, but even with those added, total expenditure for most international patients remains a fraction of the cost of the procedure alone in the UK, US, or Germany.
- Procedure costThe medical procedure itself.
- Package costProcedure plus included services such as accommodation, transfers, medication, and aftercare.
- Total trip costPackage plus flights, additional accommodation, personal or companion expenses, and any other costs needed to complete the trip.
- Long-term costPotential recurring or future expenditure after your initial procedure.
When comparing Turkey with other countries, it is also worth looking at what the price includes, the standard of aftercare and the practical costs of travelling for treatment. The advertised treatment price may not equal your total trip cost. Compare the procedure, package inclusions, and additional expenses together — not only the headline price.

What Is the Long-Term Cost of a Hair Transplant in Turkey?
Your package price covers the initial transplant. Transplanted hair is permanent once established, but existing native hair can keep thinning with age, which some patients manage with optional, separately-priced ongoing treatment. A minority choose a further session later, only once results from the first procedure are fully visible (generally after around 12 months) — this would be quoted as its own treatment plan, not a fixed follow-up fee.
It can help to think about long-term cost in four parts: upfront cost (your initial procedure or package), recurring cost (any optional ongoing medication or hair-loss management), future cost (a possible additional session, only if donor supply and hair loss progression genuinely warrant one), and alternative cost (non-surgical options such as SMP carry a different initial and ongoing cost profile).
The lowest upfront price may not be the lowest cost over time once you include recurring costs, an additional procedure, or alternative treatments like SMP. Each option should be judged on its own costs and benefits, not on price alone.
-
How Does a Hair Transplant Compare in Cost to SMP?
Scalp micropigmentation (SMP) is a non-surgical, tattoo-based solution to hair loss that some patients consider instead of, or alongside, a transplant. It’s typically lower in upfront cost than surgery, but it’s a cosmetic technique needing periodic touch-ups rather than a one-time procedure, so its long-term cost depends on how many sessions you have over time. Some patients combine both — SMP for added density, a transplant for permanent coverage.
-
Why Can Two Hair Transplant Clinics in Turkey Charge Different Prices for the Same Number of Grafts?
Graft count is only one part of a hair transplant quotation. Not all doctors and clinics in Turkey run procedures the same way, so two clinics can quote different prices for the same number of grafts because the underlying medical service, treatment approach, and package inclusions may be different — who performs extraction and implantation, the level of medical supervision, and what’s bundled into the price can all vary behind an identical graft number. The hospital environment, medical infrastructure and level of clinical support can also contribute to differences in price. When comparing two quotes, check who performs the procedure, what’s included, the facility, aftercare, and the total amount you’ll actually spend.
-
Why Is Hair Transplantation Cheaper in Turkey?
Hair transplant treatment can be more affordable in Turkey because operating and staffing costs may be lower than in some Western markets. Competition and the country’s established medical-tourism sector can also influence package pricing. Turkey remains a global leader in hair restoration, widely recognised within the industry — including by bodies such as the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery — as a leading destination for hair transplantation. Rising demand from Europe, the Gulf, and North America has turned the country into a genuine hub for hair transplantation, built on accredited care at scale.
Does a lower price mean lower quality? Not necessarily. Price alone isn’t a reliable measure of safety or quality — what matters is what sits behind the number: medical team, facility, technique, and aftercare. A low price with no detail behind it should prompt more questions, not fewer.
-
How Has Hair Transplant Cost in Turkey Changed Over Time?
We update this page with current Clinicana pricing rather than relying on historical figures, so the prices shown above reflect the packages currently available to patients.
How Should You Compare Hair Transplant Prices in Turkey?
The cheapest hair transplant quote is not necessarily the lowest-cost treatment overall, and the most expensive quote doesn’t automatically come from the best hair transplant clinic for your case. The core principle is simple: compare like with like, not headline price against headline price. Here’s the framework we’d use ourselves if we were the patient:
- Why can clinics quote different prices for the same number of hair-transplant grafts?
Two clinics can charge different prices for the same graft count because the underlying medical service and package differ. A lower headline price often just means fewer services are included. A higher one often means more are: greater medical involvement, a bigger package, more aftercare. Compare inclusions before assuming either number represents better value.
The term “hair mill” is sometimes used for clinics that prioritise high patient volume over individual treatment planning. The term describes a type of operating model; it is not a claim about any specific clinic.
| Compare this | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Total price | Headline price alone can mislead |
| Graft allowance | Determines how much restoration is realistically planned |
| Technique | FUE, DHI, and specialised options can affect pricing differently |
| Surgeon / doctor involvement | Tells you who's actually performing your procedure |
| Who performs extraction / implantation | Same person throughout, or split across staff |
| Facility | Hospital-based setting vs private studio |
| Hotel | Number and standard of nights included |
| Transfers | Airport and clinic transportation |
| Medication / aftercare | Avoids unexpected extras once you've arrived |
| Additional charges | What's excluded matters as much as what's included |
| Total expenditure | The number that actually matters |
How Does Turkey Compare With Other Countries on Hair Transplant Cost?
The same like-for-like logic applies internationally, not just between Turkish clinics. Pick a country to see how a comparable procedure’s estimated cost range compares with Clinicana’s own package range in Turkey.
A comparable procedure costs roughly €1,000 – €3,500 less with a Clinicana package than in United Kingdom.
These are estimated ranges for a broadly comparable procedure, not confirmed quotes from any specific clinic in those countries, and shouldn’t be read as more precise than that. Turkey stays the centre of the comparison here — the other markets are context for how far a Clinicana package price goes by comparison, not a global pricing guide in their own right.
Labour and staffing costs
Clinical staff costs in Western Europe, North America, and the Gulf are typically higher than in Turkey.
Operating costs
Facility, equipment, and general running costs vary significantly by country.
Healthcare market structure
How private healthcare is priced and regulated differs from market to market.
Clinic overheads
The cost of running a licensed clinical facility varies with local regulation and property costs.
Competition
Turkey's hair transplant market is large and competitive, which tends to keep pricing efficient.
Medical-tourism scale
High patient volumes in Turkey support infrastructure (hospitals, hotels, transfers) that's harder to sustain at the same price point elsewhere.
Don’t confuse the headline procedure price with total trip cost. Turkey still needs flights and, depending on your package, accommodation added on. A domestic procedure at home has its own hidden costs too, like private consultations or possible follow-up sessions, that rarely show up in the first quote either.
-
Can You Reduce the Cost of a Hair Transplant in Turkey?
Comparing full package inclusions rather than headline price, choosing a graft number that’s genuinely appropriate rather than the maximum sold, and avoiding add-ons that aren’t clinically necessary are the most reliable ways to control total spend. We don’t negotiate at the desk — our packages are priced the same for every patient, and your personalised package and final price are confirmed with you before the procedure, based on your medical assessment and agreed treatment plan.
-
Can You Pay for a Hair Transplant in Turkey in Instalments?
We accept cash, credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. We don’t currently offer a formal instalment or financing plan — you pay the full package price in person, once your treatment plan is confirmed, using one of these methods. We never request payment in advance, and we don’t take a deposit either: nothing is charged until you’ve arrived at our hospital in Istanbul and agreed every detail of your treatment plan with your doctor.
-
What Happens If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
Because payment is only taken in person, there’s no deposit to lose if your plans change before you travel. If you need to reschedule, contact our team directly and we’ll find a new date. If your treatment plan changes after assessment, your price is recalculated and confirmed with you before any procedure — never after.
-
Does Insurance Cover Hair Transplantation in Turkey?
Cosmetic hair transplantation is normally self-funded, as it’s elective and typically isn’t covered by standard health insurance. Reconstructive cases — hair loss from an accident, burn, or medical treatment rather than pattern baldness — may occasionally be treated differently by some insurers; check directly with your provider.
Why Patients Choose Clinicana

Procedures performed in a hospital that is part of one of Turkey's largest groups: 18 hospitals nationwide, 7 in Istanbul, with international accreditations including JCI and ISO.

Medically reviewed protocols led by a hair transplant surgeon with over 22 years of experience and around 18,000 procedures performed.
Patient support in English, Arabic, Spanish, German, and French, before, during and after your trip.
Monthly photo check-ins for 6–12 months as your transplanted hair grows in.
A commitment on every procedure to correct the agreed treatment plan if it isn't delivered as planned. This isn't a guarantee of a specific biological outcome, which no clinic can honestly promise.
The same package price for every patient, confirmed before the procedure, with no deposit and no advance payment.

“Patients often arrive already fixed on a graft number they’ve seen quoted elsewhere. Part of my job in the first consultation is explaining why that number, on its own, doesn’t tell you very much — donor quality and hair characteristics matter just as much as the count.”

-
What Do JCI and ISO Accreditation or Certification Mean?
JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation relates to a hospital’s clinical governance, patient safety systems, and quality-of-care standards, assessed against an internationally recognised framework. ISO certifications relate to standardised management or quality-system requirements, which can apply to different aspects of how a facility operates. Neither is specific to hair transplantation as a procedure.
Accreditation and certification are relevant when comparing providers because they offer a degree of independent due diligence: a signal that a facility’s systems have been externally reviewed, rather than only self-described. They’re one input among several worth weighing alongside the medical team’s experience, the facility itself, the proposed treatment plan, and what aftercare is included — not a guarantee of a particular outcome from any individual procedure.
We’ve built our reputation on delivering the best hair transplant in Turkey we can, for a fair, transparent price, at a genuinely lower cost than equivalent surgery at home. Not on being the cheapest name in a search result, and not on being just another hair clinic chasing volume.

Hair Transplant Turkey Cost FAQs
- How much does a hair transplant cost in Turkey?
How much a hair transplant costs in Turkey comes down to your treatment plan. Clinicana’s own packages range from €2,500 (Basic, operation only) to €5,500 (Stem Cell VIP). Elsewhere in the Turkish market, published FUE pricing typically ranges from €1,500 to €3,500. The price of a hair transplant, and cost of hair transplant treatment generally, is never one fixed figure across the whole market — it depends on the clinic, graft count, and package.
- What is the average cost of a hair transplant in Turkey?
Published pricing across the wider Turkish market typically falls between €1,500 and €3,500, driven mainly by graft count and package inclusions. Clinicana’s own packages sit from €2,500 to €5,500 depending on technique and treatment scope.
- Is hair transplant pricing per graft or per package?
Both models exist across the market; Clinicana uses fixed packages, so total cost is known before travel rather than assembled from a per-graft rate.
- Is DHI more expensive than FUE?
Generally yes, because DHI typically involves additional clinical time and equipment and may involve a second treatment day.
- Does repairing a failed transplant from another clinic cost more?
Often yes, because previous surgery can reduce donor supply and make planning more complex.
- What's not included in the price?
Flights, extra hotel nights beyond your package, companion costs, and optional add-on treatments.
- Can I get a personalised price before travelling?
Yes — send photos for a free assessment and a personalised quotation before you book flights.
