Having decided to have hair transplant treatment in Turkey it was a daunting task choosing the right clinic from literally hundreds. I had online consultations with 6 and finally opted for Clinicana for several reasons. They guarantee their services, Mulham the clinic manager was extremely personable, knowledgeable, confident and timely in all of our communications and the quality of what was being offered was beyond that which is promised by other clinics in Istanbul, let alone elsewhere in Europe. I was extremely happy with my treatment here, from airport pickup and initial consultation, through the operation itself, right up to the final tips on how to self-care once I returned home. All of the staff are friendly, polite and affable and clearly care about their clients and what they do. All of the doctors I spoke to were very sympathetic and friendly and were able to answer all of my questions comprehensively. After only a few days I can tell that I will be very happy with the final results once my hair grows in. It is also extremely reassuring to know that Mulham was, and still is, always available via whatsapp to answer any questions or put any niggling worries to rest. I would highly recommend treatment at Clinicana and, in fact, will be taking my friend there to have treatment in the next few months.
Clinicana is part of the Acibadem hopsital group and any local I spoke to, despite having no connection to the company, went to great pains to tell me it was the best hospital group in Turkey. This was evident from the outset – the clinic feels more like a hotel than a hospital – extremely comfortable surroundings, very calming and tranquil and lovely staff. The hotel I stayed at was also the height of luxury – a very well-known 5* brand hotel in which the staff and services provided could not be faulted. As well as airport transfers which were arranged by Clinicana, the hotel also provided a driver for transfers to and from the hospital. Everything was perfect and I honestly couldn’t find fault.
