Absolutely Clinicana World class clinic along side of a world class service!!! They did present and deliver everything clearly and honestly from A to Z quality and service best to none. They 've operated 2 operations in 2 days, each one 7 hours, so the whole balding area has been completely covered by 7200 grafts (I took photos of them before being transplanted) as they promised me before, honestly when Mr. Mulham Attar told me ''we will transplant for you at least 6000 grafts'', I thought it's impossible to achieve it, but the dream came true I am very grateful to all Clinicana staff, I appreciate their splendid job. I would highly recommend them

Before arriving all my calls, questions or emails have been responded on time.
I finished my hair transplant procedure 2 days ago and everything went perfect. everything came true accurately, exactly as what Mr. Mulham promised me.
They proceeded me during 8 hours, they are really professional medical staff, made sure I was comfortable at all time, clean facility, honestly I felt comfortable in a real operation theater.

They have exceeded my expectations
Ph. Eyad told me how I should take care of my hair generally, like how I can take care of it, especially the exisitng hair and the new transplanted grafts, he was very helpful.

The whole team at Clinicana were simply excellent. From the point of first contact, through to the surgery and aftercare, their communication and patient service was superb. The 3 stages of the transplant operation was managed professionally, and was smooth and almost painless. The full results won't be known for several months, although I'm very pleased so far. Special thanks to Dr Rawad Attar & Dr Eyad Attar, who speak fluent English and put me at ease. I would go again, although hope the results prove I don't have to!

As it was an emotional journey it was very important for me to choose the best hair transplant clinic. It was a very difficult step to take as I am a female and hair is very important and you begin to read other patients reviews on WhatsClinic. I sent emails to other clinics in Istanbul as well, but Clinicana was the only clinic that appealed to me. I am very happy that I choose Clinicana. Before my arrival, I was 100 per cent sure that I had made the right choice and that a highly professional team would take care of me. They are very competent and it went very well. I had a lot of questions before the procedure and I was (and I am still) in regular contact with Mr. Mulham Attar who answered all of my questions honestly and professionally. I got 2800 grafts for €1900, transfer to/from the airport, 2 nights accommodation at the amazing Ramada Hotel, which was very close to the hospital - about 1 minute walk. The operation was done in operation theatres and the hospital environment was sterile. It was very clean, fresh and top class.
The team was absolutely great and I wasn't worried at all. I knew that I was in good hands. I would like to thank Dr. Abdulaziz Balwi, Mr. Rawad Attar, Mr. Mulham Attar and the lovely nurses. You wont get disappointed if you choose Clinicana. I don't have any complains at all. The only "painful" moment was when I got local anaesthesia, which I handled great as I have a high pain threshold. I got some instructions which I am following to take care of the grafts. And it looks great so far and I am looking forward to see the outcome. Everything was just perfect and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Clinicana Esthetic and Hair Transplant Center in Istanbul/Turkey.

This is a very professional private hospital. What you see in their marketing material is what you will experience here. From Drs to Nurses were professional and the operation theatre are for real and fully sanitized. My recommendation is 5 star out of 5. My HT was done by 2 nurses with Dr present from time to time. It took almost 9 hrs and everyone worked tirelessly. I am sending my son for his HT in few months. I feel safe sending my son for his trip in a country where there has been bad reviews about scammers.

Paikan päällä koulutettu henkilökunta otti minut vastaan ja kertoivat minulle mitä tehdään seuraavaksi. Toimenpide kesti monta tuntia, henkilökunta oli koko ajan läsnä, myös lääkäreitä tulivat koko ajan katsomaan ja varmistamaan, että kaikki menee suunnitelmien mukaisesti. Toimenpiten jälkeen henkilökunta saattoi minut hotelliin ja varmistamaan, että minulla on kaikki hyvin. Hotelli oli hyvin lähellä ja hyvin korkeatasoinen. Jälkitarkastuksessa sain tarvittavat ohjeet ja kerrottiin sitä monta kertaa, että ymmärrän hyvin ja oikein. Toimenpiteeseen osallistui suuri joukko ammatilasia ja iloisia työntekijöitä. I've recently had a hair transplant at Clinicana. I was extremely satisfied at the whole process. The communication before, during and after the process was very good. PM Mulham was always available to answer any questions and concerns I had. All the promises that were made were kept such as airport transfers and three nights accommodation in a very nice hotel which was very close to the Hospital. The Hospital is a beautiful building and the operation room was very comfortable, neat and tidy.The procedure itself was very lengthy but I have to say that all efforts were made to make me feel extremely comfortable the whole time. Dr Aziz, Dr Rawad and PM Mulham were making regular visits to check up on me. The three amazing nurses, Shafiqa, Dilek and Amira who were present throughout the procedure were constantly enquiring about any discomfort and helped greatly in making the process as smooth and painless as possible. Shafiqa in particular was also explaining the whole procedure step by step. She even lent me her personal adapter for two days to charge my phone. All the staff could communicate in English which was a great help. Detailed instructions on aftercare were provided by the Doctors and PM Mulham. The price was very reasonable. I stayed in Turkey for an extra 4 nights and I would like to thank PM Mulham who himself offered a free aftercare session on my last day which included a checkup and free wash. All in all I would definitely recommend Clinicana to anyone and everyone who is looking to have a hair transplant. They are a extremely friendly and professional bunch of people and you can't put a price on genuine human values which can be found in abundance at clinicana. You are not just a patient here but a friend. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team.

Although currently working in Cyprus I'm from the UK, I'm a medical professional and can only say that both the medical facility and care/treatment was as good, if not better, than any care I have received in the UK.Great care and attention was taken from immediate contact through to airport pick up, hotel arrangements and all clinical treatment protocols.All staff were wonderful and, for a 7-8 hour procedure, very patient and attentive.I wouldn't normally single out one individual but I must praise Mulham who coordinated everything with, again, great care and personal attention. Everything is as advertised with no hidden extras, Mulham organised extra nights in the Ramada Sisli as my wife and I wished to remain in Istanbul over New Year. I am now 3 weeks post procedure and couldn't be happier with my progress. I have already recommended Clinicana to several friends and acquaintances and, to anyone reading this review, I thoroughly recommend that you strongly consider this wonderful facility, you won't regret it.

It was a really amazing treatment I have got from Clinicana. They have a very professional team. My operation room was so clean & tidy. I would like to mention it is very important about the clean environment & medical equipment in this clinic. I would like to say big thanks to all the junior staff in the clinic. They are very friendly & kind.
One more good thing about this clinic , just 2 minutes walking distance to hotel. So you don't need to travel a lot. It's very handy. The doctors was really professional & they can speak very fluent English, easy to assist me. Dr.Mulham Attar he is the great person very polite , helpful & professional. Well done to him which way his organise his team fantastic. I would highly recommend this hospital. Price is very reasonable. No complaint at all.

I don´t normally write reviews however on this occasion I felt obliged to as I have had a very satisfactory experience.
I had been suffering from hairloss and decided to have a FUE hair transplant. After extensive research I finally decided on Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul due to a number of reasons. The initial response from GM. Mulham upon me registering my interest was very prompt and professional. I was provided with all the information I needed to proceed with the process along with photographs of the hospital and contact details of all concerned.
The price quoted was very reasonable and included the cost of the airport transfer and three nights accommodation in a very nice hotel in close proximity to the hospital.
Upon arriving in Istanbul and visiting the Hospital for the first time, any doubts I had were soon erased.It is a stunning building.
The procedure took place on the first day and lasted 10 hours. Throughout the whole procedure I was made to feel extremely comfortable and it was as painless as had been promised. At all times at least one of the two doctors Dr Aziz and Dr Rawad were present. The three nurses i.e. Shafiqa, Dilek and Amira were constantly talking to me throughout the procedure to ensure that I was comfortable and not suffering any pain.
The instructions on aftercare were extremely helpful as I was talked through the whole process step by step. A nice added touch was that after the days following the procedure GM. Mulham was in constant touch via text to answer any questions I had.
All in all I was extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish and I would definItely recommend Clinicana to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. I am very satisfied at how the results have been so far.
