In my honest opinion, the overall experience was world class.The staff was/is friendly, the GM is graceful and very informative and the facilities are world class. The procedure is long but ok, the staff is very focused on you and your well being. The hotel is located very conveniently on building away. Pre care and post care is is well thought through. To be honest the whole journey is great VALUE for money and I would strongly recommend this to friends family and the public.

My experience with Clinicana was amazing! I’m from Brazil but I live and work in US, I was looking for an affordable but good quality clinic since in US you will pay around 12.000 dollars for a hair transplant…
After searching for a lot of clinics in Istanbul, i decided to go with Clinicana because of the quality of service and the attention that they gave to me on the first contact.
Everything that they told me by message was 100% accurate when I got here. They extracted 4100 grafts and covered my entire front area, I still need more 1500 grafts for my crown but I’ll decide if I’ll work on that later.
The Hospital is super clean and new and the hotel (Naz City) is awesome.
Every single person at Clinicana is super friendly and they make you feel comfortable especially being in another country with a different culture.

About my treatment, I just can say “perfect”
Really they have done a great job and results are more than what I expected. I feel younger now with my new natural looking hair. There was no pain during the operation and I rested all the time. The staff was helping me and keeping me at ease.

The clinic is very professional, and they know exactly what they are doing. This makes you very comfortable, and confident that you are in the right hands. The treatment itself was quite quick, although the level of pain that you may experience will vary from person to person. Highly recommend this clinic, it provided an excellent service for a very reasonable price.

I chose the clinic, based on the excellent reviews, and the fact that it is a modern large facility, with a large number of daily patients. Their processes are hence well honed, and you benefit from that experience.

They pick me up from the airport to the hospital to do the blood tests ; then they took us to the hotel to relax and the next day was my operation.

After a few years suffering with hair loss, i explored the opportunities on where to do my hair transplant/ i went to two clinics in Harley street in London one quoted me 8000 pounds and the other 6000 pounds. as compared to Clinicana which quoted me 1600 pounds, i also explored Cosmedica in Istanbul which quotes online for 1300 Euros but i could never get them on the phone to build that initial trust with someone every time i range them someone picked up or spoke in Turkish and hanged up or switched of the phone so i decided to go with clinicana and i’m glad i did since the moment i contacted this guys (clinicana) the general manager Mulham Attar contacted me straight away, he added me on whatssup so we could communicate for free he explained everything very well and put mine mind at rest. Moreover, we build that trust that was needed and i decided to go with Clinicana.

The treatment went well, after the initial 10 minutes pain from local anesthetic, they extracted about 3000 to 3500 grafts from the back area, did a second local anesthetic on the front the whole process took about 7 hours.
the initial results look good but i still have to wait and see about the final results
nice big clean private hospital, very good staff the nurses spoke English but an improvement is needed in this area but i could understand them enough to get a sense on the process of the operations etc. if you are looking for a place to get your hair sorted this is the place to do it.
