Great service. 5 stars. The whole procedure was explained step by step. Was even offered lunch. The doctors are very confident in their profession. I was nervous first but then had all my worries taken away when I noticed how organised and well informed they were about my needs and the technicalities involved. I am very happy with the treatment and cannot wait for the final results in few months time. Would strongly recommend this place.

Hospital is state of the art. Very clean and modern in every aspect. Easy to access. Hospital driver service was spot on, well spoken and presentable, on time pick up and drop off service from the airport to the hotel. From the reception to the treatment room everything was organised. Offered all the necessary medicines and also a pillow.

It was very good experience and very luxury hospital . I want to thank Clinicana team and also Dr rawad for everything .. it was excellent experience … staring from the airport ….

It’s been two weeks since my operation. The scalp has its new skin. And just waiting now for the new hair to emerge after 3 months, they said.

I was scheduled for operation as soon as my blood test came back from the lab. The one who performed the operation kept checking on me if I was okay during the whole process. I was asleep most of the time, which means that the pain was tolerable.

I was made to come back the day after to remove the bandage and wash my head. There was a bit of face swelling but it was taken cared of immediately.

Very professional and expert in the field. A bit pricey compared to others but all worth it. The administrative staffs are friendly and very helpful, from the time I contacted them thru internet until I arrived in Istanbul and returned back to Jeddah. I was given all the information I needed before and after the operation.

My treatment went very well I was nervous at first but once I’ve seen the doctors they made me feel welcome and very calm. The facilities are first class and so are the people I am glad I followed my gut instincts and chose to go forward with the treatment.

I found the facilities first class as were the staff, very clean up to date and they keep you well informed 100 percent would advise to use Clinicana.

I am so happy with the treatment. The operation was easy for me. It was not painful like I thought to be, in spite it was done in a short period of time and normal.

My experience in this hospital is wonderful. All the services was so touchy. I have never been experienced such a clinical service like that. I really appreciate all the workers in that hospital, all their kindness, smiley faces, confidence and being on time attracted me so much. Keep it up and you will be the best from the world.
